Our parent company Ziglar, has been operating in the USA for over 40 years and in China for the past 16 years. And we are now launching in Hong Kong.

We currently have 3 streams of business. Besides providing cutting-edge training to youth students. We also have affiliation with the Marriott Vacation Club and we recruit members for them. Finally, our company has developed a fast track development plan and we have lined up with the top financial companies in Hong Kong to provide our trainees with the best career opportunities in the financial field.

Meet the CEO

Highly educated and well informed, Mr. Ng has done masters in various disciplines and has a life goal of helping as many people as possible throughout his life. He has completed Master degrees in Total Quality Management, Applied Psychology, Counselling, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Doctor in Education Life-long Learning & PhD.

Co-founder of our parent company Ziglar, he has been training and counselling for over 40 years.

Besides that, he has also been a Chartered Accountant, Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator, Registered Psychologist with APA, a Member of HK Professional Counselling Association. Chinese Head Coach of Mini Rugby. Certified trainer for experiential training programs over the span of his multi-disciplinary career.
